👩‍💻 What You’ll Do

  • Lead Front-End Development: Design, build, and maintain the component system and front-end architecture within a monorepo environment.
  • Guide Best Practices: Work closely with our client to provide guidance on best practices, innovation, and cutting-edge technologies for building modern, scalable websites.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-performance web experiences.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Implement performance optimizations, accessibility enhancements, and responsive designs to ensure exceptional user experiences across all devices.
  • Drive Excellence: Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

💡 What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building scalable web applications.

Technical Skills

  • Expert in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
  • Proficient in TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, or pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
  • Solid understanding of monorepo tools and workflows (e.g., Nx, Lerna, Turborepo).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.

Design and UX: Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and explain complex technical concepts.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and innovate solutions tailored to business needs.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Prismic, Contentful).
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
