This role requires strong communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all components of our solutions align seamlessly. Unlike traditional hands-on coding architects, this role is focused on guaranteeing that the end-to-end architecture is coherent, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Requirements ✅ Experience & Industry Fit 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with previous experience as an Enterprise Architect in a portfolio-based company (e.g., Telco, Utilities, Insurance, etc.). Proven ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams at a strategic level. Strong understanding of business processes, IT governance, and operational models. ✅ Technical & Business Skills Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Experience with large-scale integrations, multi-system landscapes, and cross-domain solution design. Ability to oversee technology stacks, APIs, cloud architectures, and data flows from a high-level perspective. Familiarity with enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, DWH, etc.) and their role in corporate architectures.
